Multifocal Choroiditis. This patient had several episodes of MFC in the left eye with numerous remaining chorioretinal scars (fundus photograph OS, top middle, ICGA – OS, BL-FAF -OS. She consulted again for photopsias OD. No lesions visible on fundus OD, nor on FA, but numerous occult lesions visible on ICGA and BL-FAF OD. (1st and 3rd frame from the left, bottom)
