Color fundus photographs, taken starting the day after the patient’s initial symptoms (bilateral acute vision loss with metamorphopsia) appeared. Multi-focal serous retinal detachment was apparent on day 2 and then reached bullous retinal detachment on day 12. Without high-dose systemic corticosteroid treatment, subretinal fluid had nearly disappeared by day 19, and sunset glow fundus was observed on day 152 without any recurrence of uveitis
