(C) Optical computerized tomography of left eye showed serous retinal detachment. (D) Fundus examination showed remarkable sunset glow fundus with multiple atrophic lesions. (E) Severe alopecia developed 2 months after trauma in the right eye. (F) Alopecia improved after systemic steroid treatment.
